The table below is a guide to our prices. Please note that dates are not definitive and weeks such as half terms may fall into a higher category. Higher prices apply during Isle of Wight events, please contact us for details.
Minimum booking period is usually two nights, although there are some periods such as special events when it is longer.

- So that all our guests find the Sail Loft in excellent condition, all bookings are subject to a one-off cleaning charge of £100 in addition to the prices above.
- To secure your booking, we will take a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder 30 days prior to your arrival.
- We accept cancellations within the first 48 hours. After this point, any amounts paid are non-refundable unless we can find a replacement.
- As a historic listed building, the Sail Loft has steep stairs that may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
- For the comfort of all our guests, the Sail Loft is a strictly no-smoking property.
